Excellent Scores for Mazzei Wines

Wines from across the Marchesi Mazzei range have received outstanding scores from several eminent wine journalists and publications.

We are delighted to announce that Siepi, the Mazzei family’s iconic Super Tuscan produced at Castillo Fonterutoli, was recently named the Number 1 Wine in Tuscany by the Gambero Rosso Wine Guide.

The Castello Fonterutoli Chianti Classico Gran Selezione has been equally as successful, and was awarded an exceptional 97 Points by Daniele Cernilli.

Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate has rewarded The Mazzei family’s Sicilian project, Zisola, awarding 90+ points to the Zisola 2014, Dopiozeta 2013 and Effe Emme 2012.
