Following departure from her native New Zealand in the early 1990s, Marti began working in the UK wine trade and discovered that her palate was rather suited to champagne! A sales support role at Maisons Marques et Domaines led into Brand Management where Marti gained her WSET Advanced qualification and looked after a number of the family agencies. After 9 years she ventured away for a sabbatical with McKinley Vintners to assist with the IT, marketing and distribution of Champagne Gosset and Cognac Frapin amongst others. Marti returned to MMD in 2001 to head the Customer Services Department and is now responsible for the operations and commercial aspects of the company to ensure a seamless service for our Principals and Customers alike.
