Two Tommasi Viticoltori wines have been featured in Vivino’s list of their Top 25 Most Popular Italian Wines, with only Tommasi and Marchesi Antinori achieving two places on the list!
17 million users around the world have shared their ratings within the Vivino international online wine community, where Italian reds have become a real favourite.
Tommasi’s Amaroni della Valpolicella Classico has come fifth out of all Italian red wines, scoring an average of 4.3 stars after receiving almost twenty thousand votes!
This high scoring Amarone is deep and intense with aromas of dried cherries, plums and spicy fruit compote, with a superb balance of tannins and savoury fruit. This is the perfect wine to complement a cheese plate or hearty meat dishes.
Tommasi’s Valpolicella Ripasso also featured on the list, coming 13th with an average score of 4 stars following over sixteen thousand votes.
The Ripasso has aromas of dark berries, black pepper and spice, making it the ideal match for pasta dishes such as spaghetti bolognaise or lasagne.
