Based in Tain-l’Hermitage and part of the Roederer Collection, Delas produces wines from leading appellations including Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône. Their range offers a complete Rhône wine range, combining estate-owned vineyards, long-term grower partnerships, parcel-led winemaking and a refined house style built on finesse, structure and regional identity.
Read MoreTasting Note
Sainte-Epine is deep ruby in colour with purple tinges. The nose shows blackberry and spice, lifted by mineral notes and gentle oak. The palate is concentrated and layered, with pure flavours unfolding in successive aromatic waves of equal intensity. Full-bodied and structured, it combines dark fruit, spice, mineral depth and fine oak integration. The finish is long, precise and persistent, with the structure for further development.
Food Pairing
Pair with game, marinated beef in sauce, grilled meats, green pepper dishes, roast lamb, venison, mushroom gratin or a wide range of cheeses.
