Read MoreTasting Note
Pale brilliant gold in colour, with very fine bubbles. The nose is floral and elegant, with hawthorn, acacia and orange blossom, followed by yellow fruit, candied citrus, subtle brioche, honey and gentle toast. The palate opens with precise, luminous tension, then reveals blood orange, mandarin and yellow peach. The texture is pure, generous and finely sculpted. The finish is persistent, balanced and lifted by ethereal salinity.
Food Pairing
Pair with seared scallops, passion fruit emulsion, lobster, turbot, citrus-led seafood dishes, roast poultry, delicate cheeses or shellfish courses.
