Champagne Deutz
Champagne Deutz is a historic Champagne House founded in Aÿ in 1838, known for refined sparkling wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Part of the Roederer Collection since 1993, Deutz produces Champagne from leading terroirs across Aÿ, the Vallée de la Marne, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Its range includes Deutz Brut Classic, Deutz Rosé, Amour de Deutz, William Deutz and single-vineyard Hommage à William Deutz cuvées.

Pale gold in colour, with silvery highlights and fine, regular effervescence. The nose is delicate and floral, showing white flowers and jasmine blossom, lifted by orange, pomelo and subtle white pepper. The palate opens clean and lively, with fine tension, elegant citrus concentration and a velvety texture that builds through the tasting. The finish is vibrant, saline and mineral, with a refined chalky edge.
