Sam joined the business in September 2025 as Inventory & Supply Planner, bringing over a decade of operational experience across hospitality and the wine trade. Sam’s interest in wine began during ten years with Living Ventures Restaurants before moving into customer service and supply planning at Liberty Wines, where Sam spent six years developing strong commercial and operational expertise.
At MMD, Sam oversees inventory management, supply planning, and day-to-day operational functions, supporting the smooth and efficient flow of stock across the business.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys music, film, football, and is an avid runner.
